Baseball Memorables you own?

Question by Hec: Baseball Memorables you own?
Is there any special baseball memorable object you own. It can be a autograph shrit, Jersey, ball, glove, Bat etc. Lets see what special pieace of history baseball fans own?
A-rods #1 fan I have something that may fit great in your collection. I have a 2001 Yankees autograph ball. Some names on it Derek Jeter, Roger Clements, Orlando Hernandez, Ted Lilly, Tino Martinez just to mention a few. Lol I’m not a Yankee fan but I wouldn’t trade that ball for anything. Unless someone offers me some big bucks for it.

I own autographs of Ozzie Smith, Mark McGwire and Stan Musial (wow, I know). But honestly, my most prized memorable baseball thing is the hat, sweatshirt and pennant I have in honor of the 2006 World Champion Cardinals.

BASEBALL TRIVIA QUESTIONS:……..How many times has this happened in MLB history……………………..?

Question by : BASEBALL TRIVIA QUESTIONS:……..How many times has this happened in MLB history……………………..?
Has this ever happened where a player got on base from a wild pitch/strike 3. stole 2nd, stole 3rd, and stole home all consecutively in a row in the same inning and time on base. How many times has a player stole all 4 bases like this? Who did this? What year? What inning? And all the other details about it? And whats the fastest that anyone ever stole all 4 in a row (fewest pitches and time needed).
Has anyone ever reached 1st base from a wildpitch dropped strike 3. Then successfully stole 2nd base. Then successfully stole 3rd base. Then successfully stole home all in the same inning?

In what year did baseball originate?

Question by SlimeZone.com: In what year did baseball originate?
I just wanted to the sports history and how old it actually is.

Best answer:

Answer by Manan T
The earliest mention of baseball was in a 1744 British publication. However the sport became a popular pasttime for kids in America in the late 1700′s and early 1800′s.

Even though it was popular before, the first, official, fully documented game took place on June 4th, 1838.

Question by zporiri: Four cheating scandals in sports history that have had the largest impact on the game?
ive got a few ideas but could use some more. so far ive really only have had 2 quality ideas-black sox and pete rose (doesnt have to be just baseball). also i need to show evidence that it has had a large impact on its individual sport or sports in general, so it cant be anything too recent.
